British-owned design & build
Ownership and design leadership brought to every project, alongside a Dubai and Abu Dhabi-based delivery team.
About
A single point of responsibility for design and delivery
New Evolution coordinates architecture, interiors, construction and bespoke joinery for residential and commercial projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Our approach
Understanding comes before specification
A successful space is not decoration applied at the end. It begins with a clear reading of how a family or a business actually uses a building, and that understanding is carried through space planning, materials, technical design, construction and joinery by one accountable team.

Why New Evolution
One trusted partner, not a chain of handovers
Fully integrated design & construction
Architecture, interiors and buildability are considered together, not handed off between separate firms.
In-house bespoke joinery manufacturing
Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and furniture are produced in our own workshop, not outsourced and marked up.
Single point of responsibility
Design decisions, scope, delivery and handover stay connected through one accountable team throughout.
We don't just build interiors. We build the life you imagine living inside them.
