Fairway Garden
The project
A compact garden turned into a full outdoor room. A plunge pool with in-water loungers sits behind a frameless glass balustrade, so the view to the fairway stays open. Built-in seating is set into a plastered arch at one end, and at the other a dark slatted canopy covers an outdoor bar, lounge and screen. Olive trees and palms in raised stone planters soften the edges, and lighting is built into the steps and seating for evenings.

Finishes are selected in the studio from physical samples: stone slabs, timber and terrazzo trays, and yarn and colour boards for rugs, laid out against the drawings before anything is ordered.
