Jumeirah Bay Island
The project
A waterfront villa handled as a complete interior, from the arrival sequence through to the private floors. The ground level is arranged for entertaining, with a formal living room set under a sculptural crystal fitting and a stone-clad stair hall used as the connecting moment between floors. Colour is introduced through the stone itself rather than through applied decoration, and the darker kitchen and bedroom floors are treated as a deliberate counterweight to the pale reception spaces.
Scope of works
- Full interior design and specification
- Bespoke joinery and wall panelling
- Marble and stone supply and installation
- Decorative and architectural lighting
- Furniture, curtains and final styling
From the sample table
Chosen in the hand, not on a screen
Finishes are selected in the studio from physical samples: stone slabs, timber and terrazzo trays, and yarn and colour boards for rugs, laid out against the drawings before anything is ordered.
